Skyline Drift Club

★★★★☆ 4.2 Editor rating

Skyline Drift Club knows exactly what it wants to be. This is not a serious simulation — it's a neon arcade racer where the whole game is nailing a long, screaming drift through a mountain hairpin. The controls are two-button plus a tilt option, and I ended up preferring the touch layout after a few races.

Progression is straightforward: win events, earn parts, tune your car for grip or slide. The tuning actually changes how the car feels, which surprised me for a game this breezy. Tracks are short enough to fit a quick session and there's a ghost-race mode where you chase your own best lap.

It gets repetitive if you binge it, so I treat it as a snack rather than a meal. As a pick-up-and-play racer it nails the feel, and that's what counts.
